Prerequisites: (1) A full text in Hanafi Sacred Law (fiqh), such as Kifayat al-Mubtadi, Mukhtasar al-Quduri, al-Mukhtar or similar. (2) A full text in Hanafi Legal Theory (usul al-fiqh), such as Mukhtasar al-Manar, Samt al-Wusul, Usul al-Shashi or similar. (3) A working knowledge of Arabic and its sciences.
